Our Real-Estate company just completed the construction of a 14 unit apartment building in downtown Fredericton in September 2010. We had used a different kitchen cabinet company for all of our other construction projects. For this project we wanted something new and exciting for our kitchens. We decided to have other kitchen cabinet company’s bid on the project. We found Kitchen Fashions to be much more innovative in their designs but at the same time came within budget with their pricing. In the end we gave Kitchen Fashions the contract.
There are only 14 units in this building but 8 different design variations for the kitchens. Kitchen Fashions manager, Maureen Allain was very patient and meticulous to make certain that everything was correct and installed perfectly. Maureen was always on sight for the installs and could adapt to any issue that would arise. Besides the kitchens Kitchen Fashions also designed the bathrooms.
The end result is that the kitchens are one of the biggest selling points to our tenants. They are very visually appealing and more importantly are good working kitchens. We would definitely use Kitchen Fashions for our next construction project.“
